Require pattern/PIN/password to complete restart?

When I had my S10+ Auto Restart worked. Now it seems to be broken or disabled which isn't a big deal but when it worked I remember there being an option to "not require" a pattern to start the phone. Now I can't find that on the S20+. Granted I have to manually restart the phone but I'd like to restart it and sit it down, drop it into my pocket or walk out the door without thinking about it instead of being stuck waiting so I can enter my code and have the phone actually restart. Hopefully this isn't one of those little things that's only important to me and someone can help me find this or stop me from looking for something that isn't there.
