Suddenly I'm facing problem with my moto x play... Minimize and background app key didn't work... So I planned to reset my device,but it didn't work... I tried some resetting app that too didn't work.. Can any one help me??

Welcome to Android Central! What keys are you referring to? The Recent Apps button? Is that the only problem, or are there others?
Are you saying that you completed a factory data reset, but it didn't fix the problem? Or that you couldn't even do the factory reset?
