Reset Note 4 to factory running 5.1.1?

[AC Question]

reset note 4 to factory running 5.1.1

It is a tmobile note 4 and I have heard that as it is running 5.1.1 it can`t be reset to factory.

Welcome to Android Central! I've never heard of that. Are you unable to do a factory reset from the Settings>Backup & Reset menu? Or by using the hardware buttons? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14678
