Reset Samsung j3 now not accepting my email to Re use the phone

Some GOOGLE SECIRITY update, I've never seen before, won't let me access the phone. I've hard reset many phones when they are filled with junk data and slowing down. Got the phone NOV 16, Hard reset done MAR 17. So technically it's only 4 months old. But per warrantee, Samsung won't help without proof of purchase, boost won't provide proof of purchase and in 2 weeks NOV 17, I'll sadly have to toss an undamaged like new android in in the trash. PLEASE HELP!!!
 
Is it asking you to enter the previously associated Google account and password after doing a factory reset? Was this always your phone, or did you get it used from someone else?
