If I'm rooted can I do a factory reset? Will I lose root or have to flash another Rom? Will it revert to the leaked ics ruu?

Yes you can, no you won't lose anything, no it won't revert. All you're doing with a factory reset is wiping data/cache which you should be familiar with if you've ever ROM'd before.

nope you will still be on ICS, you will just have to set the phone back up (accounts, settings, apps)

i currently am running cleanrom standard. will i loose that?

no...it just wipes data, nothing really to do with the OS you are running

My question is similar, I'm currently running Cleanrom 4.2 on mine, if I upgrade to the latest version will I have to redo all my settings and tweaks?

yes, if you if you flash a new ROM (i know you are saying upgrade, but as per the devs instructions it will say wipe everything) you will have to redo the settings

The exception is the OTA updates from team venom but they are on hold for a day or so because of a bricked dev phone
