Resize picture image before sending in email on S7

[Android Central Question]

On my Note 4, when I would send a picture image in the default email app (linked to my Exchange email account) I would get a message giving me 3 options for size of the image.
On the S7, I do not get this message or an option to resize before sending. Thus most emails with image attachments fail to send.
Am I missing something? The Note 4 had this option and I do not remember making any setups to make this happen. Can't find anything on the S7 to allow this.
Can someone help?

Different email apps have different options/features.

If the email app you are using does not offer this feature, you need a photo editor that will do the resizing (and then sharpening) for you before you try to email the picture.
For example, "snapseed".
