Hi,
This procedure used to work on older Dolphin HD browser but is broken on the latest version (on cyanogenmod 9.0). I used to book mark a html file stored on the sd card and also create a shortcut on the starting page. I could open the local html file by simply clicking on the shortcut or the link from the bookmarks sidebar. But with the latest Dolphin HD browser I can no longer do that. It works when I create the bookmark and as long I do not close the browser app. Once I close the Dolphin browser app and relaunch it I can no longer open the link. The browser thinks this file is on the web and it no available. Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Thanks.
Looks like this issue is resolved in the beta version of the Dolphin Browser (1.3.1). Note that the name of the browser now is just Dolphin Browser and not Dolphin Browser HD.
