[RESOLVED with link]Cannot send MMS on T-Mobile

I have no problem receiving MMS, but I cannot send. Can anyone please help me.

RESOLVED:
I found this webpage from T-mobile that had the APN settings, and it worked for me:
APN settings for data and picture messaging (MMS): Android Support | T-Mobile

check the APN settings. MMS issues are because of that.
or probably you have to call t-Mobile

APN has nothing to do with wireless signal strength right?
