Restart Issue Nokia 7 plus

Hey can i have a little help please about nokia 7 plus.. i bought it 3 days ago.. and after upgrading from 8.0.0 to 8.1.0 when i put it on charging it charges slow and randomly restarts 3 -4 times while charging.. it only happens while it's on charging.. what could be the problem ? And i tried to hard reset it from recovery.. but still no luck..

I have experiences same on Nokia 6.1 (64gb unlocked int'l version). I've had the phone just for a week now. Problem has happened 5x already. Appears to happen when charging reaches 100%. Bright white boot screen "AndroidOne" shows. Manually turn it off then back to sleep. Not cool.
