Restore Galaxy S4 to factory firmware

Hi,

I recently rooted my S4 so that I could install Jellybean 4.3, after using 4.3 for a few days I decided to go back to 4.2.2

Since going back Kies is reporting that my S4's firmware is not supported for Kies and OTA updates.

When I checked the about phone details on the handset it says its official and also if I put the phone into download mode it says its official in the top left corner of the screen.

Does anyone know if there is anything else I need to do to restore it fully??

What does your flash counter say? (This should show up on the download mode screen, and should be zero.)
