Restore Note 3 from S4 HELP

Hello everyone
I backed up all my S4 files through Kies and now when I went to restore my files to Note 3 through Kies3, it doesn't open the SBU file. How do I restore from s4 files to my note 3?

I have the same issue. My note 1 was stolen last week. I had a backup. Now I bought a s5 but can not restore from backup.
Just called Samsung, the agent told me there was a pb with my backup file which is untrue because I recovered from it before. Basically they didn't have any answer!

Do you still have the s4? You could try Samsung Smart Switch.
