Restore sticky note?

I recently converted my droid X to be my wife's phone. Before I gave it to her, I replaced the SD card, then did a factory reset.

What I didn't do was save some critical data from a sticky note I had posted on my home screen. Is there any chance this is on the SD card that I saved? I looked around but couldn't find it.

Look for a folder that shares the same name as the sticky note application or company/developers name.. Otherwise you maybe out of luck.

I looked for that. The application I used was just the standard widget that came with the phone. I couldn't find anything that looked right.
