Question Restoring deleted data from WhatsApp or seeing notification history

My son's got in a bit of situation using WhatsApp Messenger. His mum panicked and unstalled the app. And by doing so it seems lost all messages.

There's 2 messages in particular we'd like to see which the sender deleted before we got a chance to read them. Unfortunately his notification history was turned off.

Is there a way of seeing what was sent, ideally I'd like to access all his WhatsApp chats( but from past experience that's likely to be impossible) but we really need to see these 2 deleted messages.

When Whatsapp gets uninstalled and you sign back into it that will only bring back the last back up so if those messages weren't in it then they are lost .

It looks like as it's a supervised Google phone, they don't backup. Be good to see one of the notifications that would of been shown. But that setting was switched off. Would a professional be able to access them?

Probably charge lot of money if it can be done those are encrypted
