Restoring microsd card?

Is there any way to restore my microsd card...after having froyo on my 8gig card i now want to get rid of it, tried reformatting and there's only 115 mb now...any suggestions?

is this when you reformatted using the nookcolor? if so, maybe just try formatting on windows. right click on drive, format, quick format. see if that helps.

I use my Android phone to reformat mine. I can't remember if I also used Easeus to reformat but check into it. Just Google for the program.
