Oh ok, thanks for the reply. I guess I just got confused because I used DroidXCon's SC2.9 Odin package and now I have a pimp boot up animation so I assumed it was part of SC2.9.

The boot animation is part of 2.9, but as far as I know and could tell, Adrynalyne did not and does not include an entire theme with superclean. As an added treat and bonus I guess, he threw in the honeycomb boot animation with 2.9.

I'm getting the following message..... "File has incorrect data" and the show doesn't play. Is the VCast Video patch that you sent me compatible with all the roms? If not, which roms does it work with?

Any suggestions on how to correct the problem?

Prior to the patch, I've successfully viewed it on EB01 full, EB01 developers. I'll mess around with the different roms to see what the patch works on. I'll start off with debloated/deodexed.

Another thing for SC2.9x, I've found that if I watch a tv show from ex. abc's website the video is major lagging and the audio is super slow to the point that you can barely make out what is being said.

The audio lagging has been reported by quite a few people with a few web sites. Probably just a bug. Remember, once again, this is a leaked rejected build we are working with, so there are bound to be bugs. Adrynalyne has done an incredible job working out bugs to give us this super clean, stable ROM. He can only work with what he was given. Everyone is going to have to wait until the official release before some of these bugs can be worked out.

Successfully rooted to SC 2.9 yesterday. Did a full benchmark test with quadrant standard today. Scored 996. Should I run some kind of lag fix? If yes, which one and how do I do it? Thanx!

Ya Adrynalyne has done an INSANE job and is greatly appreciated. It's all good. I'll just mess around to increase my learning. I do have to admit I'm diggin SC2.9x.

There is no lag fix you can run on nonvoodoo. And benchmark is not a measure of how fast your phone is, I think I read it's a measure of how fast your phone reads files, and quite a few people believe benchmark scores are largely irrelevant.

EDIT - And if you are wanting to run lag fix because the Fascinate running sc 2.9 isn't fast enough for you, I'm not sure anything will be fast enough.

Freenode refers to an IRC chat client. They can be a bit confusing if you've never dealt with them before.

I just flashed 2.9.1 works excellent. Only thing I can't figure out is how I get my facebook contacts to show up in my contacts list. I have it checked off where it is supposes to.be under accounts and sync and I've even ininstalled rebooted and reinstalled the app itself. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Open contacts and go menu=>more=>display options=>facebook, put a checkmark in all contacts
