If the gallery is completely gone is there a way to load it back on again through an apk or anything?

boot to recovery, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, reboot.

My gallery went away too. But after exiting out and going back in to it several times, it all came back. Not very scientific but it worked for me! (I may have rebooted once or twice in there somewhere too).

Exiting and going back to what? I've wiped the caches and rebooted numerous times. I'm also getting a FC on my voicemail button.

fc's like what you are talking are usually fixed be a data and cache wipe. which voice mail are you using. clear cache on just the dialer first, if that doenst work clear cache and data and dalvic in cwm.

I've wiped the dialer and dialer storage data, booted into recovery and wiped cache partition and dalvik cache. No good on the gallery or the voicemail. Oh and I use google voice for my voicemail.

I've noticed if your camera isn't closed out completely it will contribute to the gallery issue also

Anyone else having keyboard lag when typing? I mean the issue is you can type faster than the screen can display the text.

Problem with setcpu and nofrills cpu controller.

After I installed sc 2.9.1 I am having issues with any apps that set cpu speeds. I can install them, set up settings and they claim to run fine. My problem is that after every reboot of the phone all of the settings are gone! They act like I have just installed them!

Any ideas? I am not sure if it is sc 2.9.1 or if its a problem with the EC10 Kernel, I did install both at the same time.

Updated to 2.9.1 last week and last night I tried to clean out my gallery. For some reason pictures wont delete? I flashed 2.9.2 today and still the same problem?

I know, I use it for downclocking the cpu while the screen is off in order to save battery. I had been using it for a few months already with no issues.

It works, but it is a pain having to remember to redo all settings after any reboot.

You can restore sms storage in titanium backup to get most of your texts back.

I found 2 new issues. The USB setting tab in settings is grayed out so I cannot change anything and syncing seems to be taking forever...

I am sorry, I know that these issues have been brought up already, but i cannot for the life of me find solutions to either.

You have to go menu=>settings=>applications=>development, and turn off usb debugging before you can change any usb settings. What are you trying to change? And what do you mean by syncing seems to be taking forever? Syncing contacts, accounts, facebook?

I am trying to sync the Gmail stuff and it seems as though either the gmail or the calender sync gets stuck every time it trys to get the info from the server. Gmail seems to be particularly bad . I turned off syncing contacts and calender and only tried to sync gmail. Well it has been running since 5:30and still no luck.

Ooh, no I haven't come across or heard of that syncing problem. On a slightly related issue I have become the new drug pusher pushing this awesome calendar app called Jorte. It is free, and is formatted just like a day planner. Best thing is, unlike the stock calendar, when you are in the month view, you can actually see the wording of your appointments, not just a blip. It will sync all your current google calendar events and appointmets, facebook birthdays, and even holidays. I leave mine on the two week view, and can just sweep the screen from right to left to move one week at a time to look at what is coming up ahead in the next month.

I know. I tried it after you and some other people mentioned it in another thread. So thank you for the suggestion. I have just decided to become the drug pusher of this great app

EDIT - Ooops, went back and found where I originally heard about Jorte, and it was from AC member copinli. If you have switched to Jorte calendar because of suggestions here in the Fascinate forums in the past week or so, or from this point on, make sure you throw some thanks over to copinli in this thread:
