I have no problem with the voice module for myself. I'm trying to set up my wife's voice but it gives me a error message about my device can't be found in my WI-FI. What am I doing wrong . Thanks

The SAFE MODE on my pixel 3 doesn't work. I've followed all the instructions on how to do that. I've tried it 4 times but it won't go into safe mode. I'm very deliberate in pressing the volume down key. Maybe it's my case. I removed the case but it still didn't work. I don't know what else to try.

I don't think you have because the easiest way to get into Safe mode is with the device already powered on:
- press-and-hold the Power button until you see the menu of options (Power off, Restart, Screenshot)
- press-and-hold the 'Power off' option on the screen until you see the 'Reboot to Safe mode' prompt
- select 'Ok'
