Returning Note 5 from Amazon

Loved the Note 5, but I noticed it had a rather heavy screen burn that was very disappointing. It was clearly visible on the white screens and lighter screens as well. Thankfully it's a 2ndary phone so though I'm returning it I'm still now using my 7Edge

I know. I was upset about it. Don't know know if I should risk trying another (from a different seller). This was from a highly rated seller backed by Amazon prime too

Yeah that's weird... My wife had hers since April and her screen is perfect even with heavy usage... Maybe try another seller?

If you really like the phone, I would try another seller and see what happens. I really enjoy using my Note 5 when I am not having severe battery drain which happens occasionally.

I am waiting for the refund on Amazon then will make a decision. I had the Note 5 before the Note 7-love that phone

Wow. Didn't know you also had a Note 7. You've had a really bad experience lately. Hope it gets better.

I had the Note 7 then replacement note 7, then the s7 edge. My mistake was selling the Note 5 before I realized the first note 7 would be recalled

It took me 3 times to get a perfect Note 5 from ebay. The first two were junk and got my money back and found a seller in Houston and the phone is perfect and they put a TG screen protector on it before shipped and sent another in the box.

I'm hesitant to try again. This time Amazon is not refunding until it's delivered back to their return site which won't be until tomorrow .

I picked up another note 5, actually from the same seller, after careful scrutiny. This one is like new and has the awesome 64GB storage. Very happy with it!
