Returns to Moto?

Still no refund for me... It's been two months. Any recommendations anyone?

As you see above I had the charge reversed by my CC company. Moto has 2 billing cycles to dispute it. So far, haven't heard anything from Moto.
 
I had the exact same problem. My CC company gave them 60 days to reply. Motorola never defended themselves and my CC company refunded me the money and back charged Motorola. You have to stick up for yourselves these days with all the bureaucracy.

Sucks about your luck. I returned one shortly after the release date and received prompt service. There are always a couple cases outside of the norm but I'm glad you found a way to get your money back.
