Still no refund for me... It's been two months. Any recommendations anyone?
Sucks about your luck. I returned one shortly after the release date and received prompt service. There are always a couple cases outside of the norm but I'm glad you found a way to get your money back.As you see above I had the charge reversed by my CC company. Moto has 2 billing cycles to dispute it. So far, haven't heard anything from Moto.
