Reverse Bluetooth tethering ?

Android 4.4.4has a bluetooth tethering option which enables us to share mobile data/wifi over bluetooth on to the PC.
Is there a way to reverse tether this process ?I want to use my laptop's wifi on my phone tethered over wifi .
Note:I cannot connect to to the wifi directly on the phone due to authentication issues .

Sorry, I don't know if that's possible. Can you describe a bit more about how your phone can't connect to wifi due to authentication problems? Perhaps we should focus on that issue.

I want to connect to a LEAP connection , which is not supported by Kitkat 4.4.4.Thats the issue . So I wanted to connect the laptop to LEAP and then tether it over to my phone via bluetooth
