IT WORKS!!! I am running ICS now. For those with this problem, follow these steps

Glad to see that worked for you. It didn't for me. I'm assuming you meant going into Applications>Settings> all apps > HTC DM Service to do the Force Stop. Then when I try to pullbthe update it errors out saying the service isn't running.

Yep that would be their first response... Wait then a month later the 2nd response will be factory reset... or maybe a battery pull lol.

Well, I finally had some spare time and I did the factory reset. And now, still no update. Same result as before, with a Status Code of 0 when I check the status.

Have you tried go to the battery/app settings. find "htcdm" and force stop/clear data

then check if you have then there is nothing we can do.. you can call verizon but they will tell you most likely to wait
