Rezound now $199 Verizon online

Just called Verizon and they would not give me credit but they told me I could return the phone and buy a new one for the reduced price ..........seems like a pain but I might do it to save $65 after the restocking fee.Hopefully they are not sending all the pink button phones out for the reduced price

If you are within the 30 day pricing window they have to give you the reduced price thats there policy so just call another rep and someone will get it worked out for you. There's no need in returning your phone you just need to speak with the right CSR person.

Doubt he's w/in the limit, if he bought through corp.
 
I purchased through Corp with the $100 Chicago 4G discount. So I paid $150 plus taxes, this was on the 12/20/11.

Do you think they will give me some credit ?
 
Bought it on the 21st of Dec and they told me it was 14 days ....tried with online chat also and no dice....guess I'll try again tomorrow

Nope. The credit was a limited time deal, so you would have to choose. (and since they're the same price, it won't make any difference)
 
No I ordered over the phone. I doubt it would work as the $100 Chiacgo 4G discount is no longer valid.

That's not it though. The price actually changed. It has nothing to do with the discount. Say that you bout it and now its cheaper within the 30 days.

I have no idea about the Chicago discount, but I had ordered mine over the phone as well. They still gave me the $100 credit when I called back. The Rep that was helping me said they will honor a price drop within 30 days
 
I bought my Rezound this past Friday from the Verizon store in town. Got a message from my cust rep that he had revised my order to reflect the $100 and I should see it on my card. The refund was there. Great service from Verizon!
 
I purchased mine on Nov 26 and called today, they gave me the credit on my account and it showed instantly.

Haven't got around to checking on this, yet. Seems like good news since I got mine on 11/22. Where'd you pick yours up? Store, online 3rd party?
 
Careful on the 3rd party "premium" retailers. Purchased mine 3 weeks ago, they have a 14 day window. I called Vz complained and they gave me the credit. I Am Wireless is the owner, they are still selling the phone for $299. Everything there is over priced. That will be the last time I do business there. Tell your frinds to be careful.

you should always read all the terms before buying. I bought my Rezound from Costco for $50 on upgrade with a 90 day return policy on bf, and Costco doesn't have the additional $250 etf "181 day" clause on top of Verizon's etf that many 3rd party have.
 
I bought my Rezound (over the phone through Verizon) on Nov 16 and activated it on Nov 17th when I received it. I called Verizon tech support last night and got the 100.00 credit.He didn't give me any grief. He just checked to make sure that I had purchased the phone and then gave me the credit. I have found that if I wait until after 11pm (I am in Eastern time) and call tech support (It will say that customer service is there until 11 pm but then will give you other options-just choose the option that you can't make or receive phone calls-or something like that.I think it is option 3 ) and get tech support they are the most polite and helpful reps. I always wait and call at that time and have had great customer support and they always make sure my concern is resolved. Try that for those of you who are having trouble getting credit. I do have the extended holiday return policy so it may be different if you don't have that. Good luck.
