It is definitely interesting...I've been buying things online for years, and have had more items go missing en route in the last two years than ever. Granted I think some of it can be chalked up to the dramatic increase in packages shipped but I also don't doubt theft, especially when companies use boxes with their logos. I've had 2 orders from Dr Squatch go missing in the last 6 months...they always make it right but still frustrating.
