The "long click" (press and hold) is about the equivalent.

You could plug a mouse into the USB port and see what the right click does for you.

Mouse right click on my Acer Iconia Tab via USB mouse is same as left click. If you have a keyboard with function keys, shift-F10 equals right click.

Touch and keep the finger there for one second and a context menu pops up. What's available from this menu (if it's even available) depends on the app you are using.
