No.

You can use the charger if it has a cable with usb connection on the charger end. The phone/tablet end of the Iphone and Ipad cable looks similar to the Samsung connector but it will not plug into the tablet!
I always carry around a micro usb to samsung adapter available on Ebay, cheap! Most other phones use a micro usb cable and I can always borrow someone else's charger.
