DIGITELL a Verizon premium retailer has dropped all RIM products from their stores. NO Blackberry or Playbooks.

Its like saying they arnt selling porches anymore in chatanooga and you can only buy them in new york.

BlackBerry is like Porsche. They really only need to be used by certain buyers. They are more "premium" and "executive" and suited for a "business environment". Setup shop in the metropolitan business centers.

Android is like hyundai. Appeal to the masses. Porsche will never sell more units than hyundai in a year but I'm confident that porches will be around in a limited market capacity like blackberry, not making killer profits like hyundai will in the foreseeable future.

I'm not saying hyundai is a shhht car company because they make some very good autos for the money. Alabama plant is number one in the world for initial quality. Better than Mercedes and the lot.:-X

I'm no executive, but I still use my BB 9800 for work while I'm out in the field. Mostly text and BBM. GS3 is more like a Muscle Car with a whole lot of umph...

I have no agenda with anyone. All I did was make a comment that a former employer of mine decided to drop selling blackberry. Hack in the day BB was popular. It is good for business etc. I prefer android but I don't cut down anyone using BB. I just was surprised to see it. So what's the big deal my commenting on it. Geeze! It has been unpopular with their customer base. So if that's the case better to put their retail dollars into products that sell.
