ring tones installed on X stink!

not much to explain, I think all the pre installed ringtones are horrible. Nothing just "regular"

Have you ever had a phone that you liked the preloaded ringtones on? I've disliked any stock ringtones I've ever had.

I have a ring tomne on my Env Touch I love, its Good Morning a great alarm. So you have to get some new ringtones.

Only on the Samsung i500. It was called One Beep. It beeped once, every 5 seconds. I loved it and have never been able to find it again It was the perfect pitch and sound.

I agree. On my blackberry there were normal ringtones that I wouldn't be embarrassed to have going off during work.

The droid themed tones are kind of cool though

I'd say any phone's stock ringtones are pretty weak. Coming from a nexus, I'm not really disappointed since much of the DX's ring tones are stock android ringtones.

I have my standard ringtones for calls and texts that I use and shortly after getting my Droid X, I installed them.

I probably could now, but back then I could never get it to sound right. It would always sound one way on my computer and then like garbage on my phone. But that was back when I had a Treo 600, so maybe I should give it another shot.

This is the first phone where I HAD to put on my own ringer. Nothing on this phone is "normal" enough to get away with.

There's plenty for notifications. But for every phone I have ever had, and that's a **** ton of phones, I have had to download a new ringer.

I just put Ringdroid on, and I'm pleased with it, take any sound you want and just cut it to your usage.
