Ringer Volume Randomly Goes UP

I recently got the Turbo 2 and I like to have it on vibrate for calls and notifications.

However, I will set it to vibrate and within a little while it will end up being set to a low ring without me touching anything.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I don't have a Turbo....but is it possible that you're hitting the volume button when its in your pocket??

no it has happened while it is sitting untouched on my desk at work
