Ringing

I hate to harp on the issue of my phone ringing when I have my earbuds in, on phone and it's loud. And not in earbuds, or if it does can barely hear.

A couple other people said they had this also.

Just wondering if others that have and use earbuds to check to see if it happens on there phone.
My trade in was note 10+, it didn't do this. Ring would only come through earbuds.

Samsung said it was in settings, the settings are the same as before.

Yes, I have that on.
I can't find anything that let's me hear ringing only through earbuds.

You need to have that setting OFF to always hear ringing through the buds.

No that didn't help. I still hear ring tone, from both the pbone and earbuds, but loud from Phone and barely in earbuds

Well I was watching you guys on this post over here and I couldn't find any setting on the phone SMH to turn off the ringer but I was able to set up a Bixby Routine and you can lower or disable ringtone..

Another option is to download Good Lock from Galaxy store, then install the SoundAssistant+ module.

Lots and lots of audio settings to play with, but in Advanced Settings there is an optio for Alerts through headphones. If you turn that on, it will only play ringtones, notifications and alarm thru the headphones.
