Ringtone apps - getting tones into S10+ ringtones folders

I've tried a few ringtone apps in my S10+. Although some allow me to select ringtones from a list within the app, I'd like to copy certain ringtones into my Music\Ringtones folder. My problem is that I usually can't find the folder where the apps store their ringtones. Is there a handy way to find them, or are they inaccessible because they're stored within the apps? Thanks.
