Ringtone changes on it's own....

Have my custom ringtone in internal memory, not the SD card, and *randomly*, the ringtone will just change to something else, really an embedded sound from Motorola, I guess.

Just curious if you've experienced this, and if there is a fix?

Go to Settings>Apps, select Phone, then Permissions, and make sure it has permission for your Storage or Files.

It only happens *occasionally*, so I don't have full verification that it's fixed, but it should be. Again, THANKS!

Textra's tones changed too, and it does have the permissions granted; I'm curious as to why, but maybe they are connected..

I'm not entirely sure that's the ultimate solution, but let's hope! Maybe try calling yourself multiple times from another line ...
