A co-worker has a Samsung Moment and all of a sudden he is having ringtone issues. No matter what the ringtone is set to it reverts back to a voice ringer that calls out the number or the name of the person calling. Can't locate the voice ringtone on the phone to delete it. Any help would be appreciated.
