Ringtone, media, notifications, system volume control

Is there an app that let's me control all four of them with the volume control button so that all of them are always the same level? Nothing is more annoying than to hear a notification come through at max volume when I set the volume to low. I tried the Simple Volume app but it doesn't work for the Galaxy 4. The rest of the apps I looked at don't combine all four.

Yeah, I use Smart Volume Control. It lets me control the volume (you preset it) for any part of the phone. The app is not expensive either.

I have the same gripe as the OP. No free apps out there for this? Sucks you would have to pay $4 for this feature or that this should have been built into the phone to begin with.
