Download YouTube downloader then it gives you option to convert the downloaded file to Mp3 open ringdroid and make your ringtone..

The easiest way is to download them to your computer. Unzip the file. Attach your phone to the computer via USB. Drag the ringtone to either your SDCard or internal storage.

Disconnect from the computer.

In the phone, go to settings > Sound > Phone ringtone > Select music > Music and browse to the new ringtone you just added.

Actually, the easiest way in my humble opinion is to get a file manager app on your phone. I prefer Astro File Manager. It's in the Market. Then download the zipped ringtone that you want to your phone. Then open the file manager app and find the "Download" folder on your SD card. find the zipped ringtone and unzip it. I like this way better myself because I don't need my PC at all to do it. Just one guys opinion.
