Ringtone & voice notification

I love the voice notification for incoming calls. I had it on my galaxy S3 but I think I downloaded an app to get it. Does anyone know a way to turn off the ringtone & just have the voice announce the call/caller? Having both a ringtone & a voice announcement is a bit overkill. Thx!

You can goto zedge and get a notification that talks and set it.

Verizon has talking the phone number already. Wonder if turning the ringtone down (mute) if the talk notification would still work?
