Ringtone volume reduction

Hey, any way to disable the feature that causes the Ringtone to get lower when the phone is in my hand?

I set up Tasker to max out the media volume when I plug in a headset. It works fine. Unless you already have Tasker, you might not want to spend the money and learn the app just for this function. There are simpler and free alternatives that might work, Here's one:
