Ringtone

Since lollipop my custom ringtone has been replaced by a system sound. I checked settings and my custom ringtone is still selected. But it doesn't work. Any clues? Thanks.

First, find the file in the Ringtones folder and play it from there. Make sure that the file of that name really is that tune.

Second, select a different ringtone. It should play. then select the one you want. It should also play.

Thank you! In fact that's what I did, I copied and pasted my ringtones into the Ringtones folder and now it's working. Thank you.
