Ringtones and Notifictions

Hi All. Just upgraded from Moto G (1st) to Moto G4 and I'm very impressed, so far. I have my own ringtone and message notification and I have sent the via bluetooth to my G4. How do I move them to the appropriate folder(s), please?

Also, Motorola Assist app is not loaded (or available?) so how do I "put to sleep mode" please?

Sorted. After connecting the G4 to PC, scroll down notifications and select USB menu. Then select transfer files to Windows. The files on the G$ will be shown on the PC and it's a simple matter to put your chosen ringtones, into, would you believe "ringtones".

And assist is now called "Do not disturb" !

So the new G4 arrived today. All is well, apart from no sound on SMS messages. I've tried most of the ringtones/notifications but no sound alert, although it does vibrate. Any suggestions please ?

Sorted (again). For some (strange?) reason, when I send a text to myself (for testing) there is no sound, but when others send texts the sound works fine.
