Ringtones keep defaulting back

Hi, I'm new to the Android scene and picked up the Droid Incredible and I can't seem to figure out what's going on. Like my subject states my ringtones for different people keep reverting back to the default. When I go to People it has the ringtone I've assigned it but when I test it from a certain contact the ringtone is the default one I've assigned to the phone. When I shut the phone off and power back on it works just fine. I use Task Manager to kill tasks and I usually just kill all of them to conserve juice. Am I killing one that needs to be running? Any ideas?

Do not use task managers. That is most likely your issue.

I found out the problem. Task Manager is the problem. Switched to Advanced Task Killer and no problems!

Can you share how you fixed it? I'm a Droid newbie and I am going crazy trying to figure it out, it's making me go back to my Blackberry
