ringtones no workie

i have been running superclean .9. i like but i decided to try the build your own. every thing is cool except for the ringtones i bought on vcast. they show in ringtones list but they wont play. i am geussing i am missing something that plays the vcast files. they are not mp3s, they are dcf files. any ideas?

Superclean removes all the VZ bloat like Vcast. If I remember correctly, Sonofskywalker3 has it in his "stock apps" section of ROM manager to get a deodexed version.

that didnt work. all that was there was vcast video. i tried it any way and no go. i flashed back to my back up and checked my apps. no vcast anything. there are 2 drm storage sys apps. maybe i will try to copy them to the sd card go back to my build your own and move them to the system folder. any other ideas would be great.

DANG IT!!!!!! didnt work. if i hadnt paid for it i prolly care. i may just have to make my own mp3 ring tones. but i REALLY want these. eeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

Yeah, I just make my own as well. I never got into using any of the VCast services. Unfortunately, I cannot find a deodexed version, which you'd need with a custom ROM, of the music player for you. The stock one from a system dump wouldn't work on your ROMs file system.

Yeah, i am just gonna have to give up. I have made my own and just moved. Thanks for looking though.
