can the EVO send mp3 ringtones by bluetooth?

Hey guys, maybe this is a silly question... but does anyone know if the EVO can send mp3 files like ringtones via bluetooth to another phone? I'm sorry if i don't know about this but i had an instinct before and a pre now and i'm not sure how android works YET!... i'm #3 at best buy for my EVO regardless!!

When you say customize, do you mean like how you can create a ring tone in iTunes by editing what section of the song that you would like to play as the ring tone?

Anyone know how to pick a customized mp3 as the default ringtone? Im under Sound Settings > Phone Ringtone: but it only gives me a list and no option to choose my own. I currently have my mp3 ringtone in the media folder.

By using "Ringtone SMS" app you be able to do that, just make sure to put your ring tones on the phone.
