Ringtones

I've downloaded ringtones from Myxer.com for the Nexus S 4g - however, I've noticed that EVERY single one of them I've downloaded has been crap - the ones I've created and the ones that were created on the site - including the ones you have to pay for (something I abhor doing anyway).

Alas - the problem seems to be that they are skipping/distorted and it's about every other second that it does this.

Has anyone else encountered this? Do you know how to fix it?

I've tried to download the Sprint Music Store Plus, but it isn't available for the Nexus S 4G. I've talked to Sprint, and am waiting on a credit for the ringtones I purchased there - and can't use because they can't be downloaded.

Any help is appreciated - I can't stand the stock ringtones!

I don't have ringtone problems on my phone. I found the ones used on the Motorola Atrix and use them along with stock.
