RMX 3085 - Boot Loop no files, no folders

[Android Central Question]

I have a Realme 8(RMX 3085) who's currently stuck in boot loop. All of this happened right after an OTA Update. I tried updating it again via recovery mode but there was nothing in the storage. Can someone help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over-the-air, or did you download the file from some website and try to install it manually?
