This is an awesome phone!

I'm really impressed! Call quality is great, it's fast and overall very nice.

Re: This is an awesome phone!

I don't have this phone myself but from what I've seen it looks pretty sweet. Glad you're enjoying it!

Re: This is an awesome phone!

Glad that you are enjoying your new T2. So am I!

Re: What is your favorite launcher

I use Nova as well. A lot of customization available.

Re: What is your favorite launcher

Nova Prime backup/restore was awesome, almost instantly setting up my home screens from my old Moto X to my new Moto X Pure!

Plus i love all of the tweaks it allows me to do. I like swiping up for Google Now, having five home screens, a left and right dock, the # of rows/columns I want on a screen, the back up features, not having that Google search bar on every screen, etc.

What is your favorite launcher

I like Google now best because of the easy swipe to the now cards in the left most screen, but action launcher is a close second.

Re: What is your favorite launcher

I always return to Adw.ex

Wish the development would show up again...

Re: Are you using a screen protector?

Did you put it over the top layer, or replace it? How does the feel compare?
Over the top layer, it feels fine to me and it looks good. The only downside I've noticed is that the screen protector is a bit of a lint magnet.

Anyone buy square trade for warranty? The Verizon rep was trying to talk me out of it of course.

Verizon's plan(Asurion) covers loss and theft. SquareTrade doesn't cover loss and theft.

Verizon/Asurion usually puts a replacement phone in your hand usually with 1 to 2 business days. SquareTrade takes a little longer.

Verizon/Asurion is more expensive than SquareTrade.

Have you ever dropped your phone and cracked the screen? Have you ever had your phone lost or stolen? How much spare cash or credit line to you have at given time?

I don't buy phone insurance anymore because it makes no financial sense. In fact, I went so far as to buy an extra phone(for nearly free) from Verizon to act as a spare and back-up phone. For example, my most recently phone purchases were Galaxy Note 5 and LG G4. I have two of each. The LG G4 was totally free. The Galaxy Note 5 was less than $290 each. $0 and $290 is way cheaper than buying insurance.

One thing I have noticed

Sometimes apps lock up especially if I'm downloading something.

Phone make and model? Version of Android? Which apps? It matters.

Re: One thing I have noticed

I disabled it on last years turbo because it used a lot of battery. May have been a bug. I haven't used it on the turbo2 just because i use weatherbug in my notification bar and it is more accurate to my area.

Re: This is an awesome phone!

Glad you like it!

I got mine in release day, and my only complaint is after a couple of weeks, im not too impressed with the battery. It gets me through a long day but seems to be on par with my note5 which has a much smaller battery.

All i ask is that i get through a long day, and it does that, i just figured it would be a bit better.

I do love the speaker quality is much better than last year.
