even with stock kernel, the phone doesn't always go into deep sleep. I know for a fact that my phone has not been awake for that long.

It's a known issue. Most of the ports have "fixes" or have methods to fix it, but so far none of those fixes seem 100% bulletproof.

yeah, i'm just glad the phone sleeps from time to time. Before, it was awake all the time. It is a bit annoying but I'm not complaining, love everything about JB so far.

I've installed it twice now, and both times I had little quirks. First was the wifi/data stuff, and just now it wouldn't reboot without getting stuck at the Google logo, and even after wiping and going back to ICS I'm getting a boot loop now. Looks like I've got a fun evening ahead of me. I'll stick with ICS until AOKP gets their hands on JB, for now at least.

How long does it sit at the Google logo? Takes forever--literally forever--the first time. I've seen people that have sat there for 15 minutes...and then it booted.

If you're really bootlooping and no nandroids work, you may want to take it back to stock and try again.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing right now. I'm on stock 4.0.4, now I'm just trying to get ADB to work so I can get back to business as usual. I haven't had to mess with this stuff since I got the phone in December

I eventually got it working, but it's a sad end. For the sake of a good read, I'll give the highlights. After flashing, I tried to restore to a previous nandroid, but it kept telling me it couldn't find the SD card. Fast forward to now, after I finally get everything ready to install a ROM, and there is nothing on my SD card. All of my backups, all of my data, everything is totally gone. I need a beer...

Is that a Jelly Bean thing, or an "I did something wrong" thing? I'm really glad that I always auto-upload my pictures to dropbox right now.

What works and doesn't work with Jelly Bean? Seen mention of WiFI issue so I was wondering if FoxFI works.

The WiFi issue has been fixed, but I'm not sure if foxfi works.
