Yes, I did all of the above, thats what has me puzzled, it seems like it should come up with CMW/ All, but instead I keep getting CWM blue. I just found on another thread where someone was saying to booting directly to CWM/All straight from the Odin flash, which is what I thought I did, but maybe not, I'll give that a try when I get back home.

I would recommend re-flashing cwm 2.5.x and then booting up into recovery. Then once in there you can install the comrom and the v1.2 and 1.3

1.3 is a full rom no need to install anything else first except cwm

Just thought i would throw this out there. I was on ComROM 1.2. I did a data wipe plus dalvik and cache as well as batt stats before flashing 1.3 then data wiped again. First boot was flaky and hung, second boot was less flaky, third boot just quirky and fourth boot was stable and i haven't had a problem since.

Hey, wondering if anyone else has run into a problem with their notification sounds not working after going to 1.3? I don't know when I get texts anymore until I look at the phone. Not a deal breaker by any means, just annoying.

I found my notification sounds were set to "none" after data wiping and flashing 1.3. selecting a sound fixed it.

So I'm still new to all this.....how do I install the AOSP desk clock? It downloads as an apk, but it won't install when I find it in root explorer. I click install but it comes back and says application not installed. How do I install it correctly?

Upgraded both mine and my brother's phone to v1.3. Since the upgrade he has been missing phone calls. Someone calls and the phone does not ring. I have noticed that my signal strength is not very stable as it can go from zero bars to full strength just sitting on the table. Is this a known issues and if so is there a fix?

I'm pretty sure the dropped calls is not the Roms fault, It is the network. I have some missed calls that never ring too.

And for the 3g signal, try dialing *228 and choose option 2. It is a roaming update.

But this issue has never happened before the rom update and the phone is used that exact same way at the same locations.

The official update was released on April 21st from Verizon...

As for the community rom, really it's personal preferance, any custom rom, even stock roms, have bugs. Some easily fixed others not so much, it's a work in progress no matter the case. Yes it appears a lot of people are running into complications with 1.3, while some aren't so much. There's pluses and minuses to any decision, it's all a matter of if some of the features appeal to you or if you're perfectly comfortable with your current set up.

If you get that Blue cwm again just flash the update.zip right then and there and you will end up in red cwm.. i read that somewhere so i cant take credit for it but once i was there i backed out and went the long way around..

For those that have been having trouble with the phone not showing as a drive in the pc, go into settings > usb > and choose for it to ask you. This seemed to work for me when I was experiencing the same problem with 1.3.

Thing is, the option to connect to copy files stopped appearing in the notification drop down menu,so it seemed to be a phone issue, not a pc issue. May try it again tomorrow tho, see if the usb settings help.
