[ROM]_COMROM1.3_ED01-NeoCSX [5-9-2011}

I have uploaded a (newish) ROM but its not one i designed..
I like all other noobs.. I give all development credit to the ROM designers!
Those guys are awesome, are they not?

I took the 1.3 Community Rom...

and then added to it with fascinating sense battery,icons,signal,bt,3G...
Added an awesome LiquidHavaq Boot Animation...

Im still learning,,, but when i loaded the comrom1.3... I wanted different framework...
I wanted color settings in the menu...
I wanted an amazing start up animation...
but the phone dialer was better than the one with the fasinating sense theme...

I hope you all enjoy this rom
please flash it with CWM 2.x.x. or better...

what else is under the hood? What Kernel? is it edify or amend? What about voodoo vs non?

so this basiclly a themed rom, why not just release a theme?

and you say you give credits to the developers, but you gave no credit at all.

word of advise. dont rerelease someones work with a few new icons and a new name and call it your new rom. if you do actually develope something based off someonelses work, list that dve and the link. that being said, all you did is release a themed rom someone else developed. not cool.

package all themed elemetns into a flashable zip and release that way. its a smaller download and you dont run the risk offending the people you stole from. unless ofcourse you stole someones theme.
