after all that im still getting the "cant establish a reliable data connection to the server" once again though only for my google account. . . HELP!!!

HERE is a link you might want to read. Apparently Sprint/Google are experiencing issues that only impact some users but are preventing them from doing things like using the market, checking gmail, using google maps ... basically anything google related.

I'm assuming that I can delete the zips from the SD card once it's been flashed. Right?

Yes but you should always keep a back up Rom on the SD just in case...

Soooo Technically you shouldnt delete it just in case you need it... just sayin'

Back-up on SD

I was thinking of keeping a nandroid backup of my phone (AC-ROM with all my apps and settings) on the SD rather than the clean ROM and icons on my SD card. Is there a reason I should keep both? I can't believe it, but I'm starting to run out of space on my 16G SD card.

U should always have a Nand Backup and a Rom File On the SDcard...

You never know what can happen... Its better to be safe just in case you need to start fresh

Is there any kind of BlueTooth compatability on this guy?
EDIT:Sorry, I mean for keyboards and mouse and other non-audio peripherals.

Just installed the full version. I thought appbrain backed up all my apps? I am getting ready to install some of them back. BusyBox, ROM Manager, Titanium backup, overclockwidget and Autokiller (this is sort of an app killer but works different then the others).

Do any of these interfere with this ROM?

nothing on that lists looks like it will be trouble. the first three are definitely not. autokiller may be because of the built in memory management already behaves agressively so you may wanna cross your fingers on that one.

Do you suggest the AC_ROM (my current custom ROM which I like a lot) or a stock rooted ROM?

this may sound weird, but i used to always keep two different ones and at least one nand backup. it's a long story.

it is very helpful when you can refresh your current ROM with a dirty flash. it seems to help bring things back when life isn't going right.

Is there anyway to get the stock clock/weather widget back? I deleted it looking for something else to replace it with and really didn't like anything.

Is there a usb tether option with this. If not how can I get?

You can find various usb tethering apps in the market. I wouldn't run off and pay money for a usb tethering app just yet though cause some can cost $10, $20, even $30 and you just never know what the future may hold.

Plan to look into that.

Busybox is already installed,as for autokiller there's no need for this cause the memory management it set to pretty much the highest stable level possible. All this is covered in the forst couple posts.

If you just removed the widget from the screen, then all you need todo is go into settings>applications>manage applications and clear data on htc sense. This will reset sense and replace all your widgets(homescreen) with the stock sense widgets.

All i say is its in the works.;)
