[ROM] [CM7] [GINGERBREAD] Kaoscinate V7

I just flashed JT's CM7 Alpha 3 and I like LP better than ADW so I switched back. Now whenever I pull down the notification bar I only have text that says "Verizon Wireless". I'm missing the controls to turn on/off GPS, data, wifi, etc.
Is there just a setting I'm missing or is anyone else experiencing this?

good stuffUgh I think I restored some things from Titanium Backup I shouldn't have. Now my home button and search button won't work
FYI: To all Miui lovers and Curious jorge out there, i just got bored all the sudden and decided to downloaded the (Mesmerize Miui ShowCase V8 ROM)
on my Samsung Fascinate and it works perfectly fine and you can use any CWM with no problem. Actually this Rom ill sick very smoothed but time to try CM7.

Is it a bad idea to re-program your phone (*228) after flashing CM7? I just tried and heard the "your phone has been succesffuly programmed" message, but the phone says it activation was unsuccessful. After that I was getting the "no mobile network available" error. I pulled the battery and everything is working fine now.
No, no, no! How many times on this forum do we have to say ONLY ONLY ONLY download roms designed for YOUR MODEL PHONE! AGH! So you got lucky and a mesmerize rom happened to work. What is more likely trying something like this is a hard brick of your phone that MAY NOT BE RECOVERABLE! Has no one read the posts of at least one person a week that hard bricks their phone doing this? If you feel the need to try this, fine, but don't encorage others to do so. This is the first time I have heard of it no going terribly wrong.

This Rom is awesome and i find it very stable, In order to avoid FC of Hell. You gotta spend $. Instead of using the original ADWLauncher buy your self a ADWLauncher EX save a whole lot of headache.
OMG, this ROM is stupidly fast and smooth. when the Video and Camera are fixed It will be an excellent daily driver. Shows what this phone can do.

Generally this is excellent advice, but the Mesmerize is the same hardware as the Fascinate, just on a smaller regional carrier. A lot of the custom ROMs we have were built off of Mesmerize source. That doesn't necessarily mean that anything made for the Mes will work on the Fascinate, but it is much less risky than trying to use from the Vibrant, Captivate, or Galaxy S
Roms will work for mesmerize but you can't text or make calls because the radio interface layers are different. We learned the hard way with this
