ROM Jelly Been on Canadian S3 ?

Hi, i would like to have a ROM with Jelly Been, but i don't know if I can use some international model or US ?

I believe these are carrier specific. I'm thinking of going to way of the root, but I'm on the fence. I'm with Telus.
